WHAT we Offer

  • At your initial evaluation, we will work together to assess your situation and create a customized plan to address your issue. Follow up visits will focus on progressively building your movement tolerance, mobility, and strength in order to reach your goals. My approach is holistic, hands-on, and emphasizes education.

    Treatment can include:
    Manual therapy
    Muscle Energy Techniques
    Functional Manual Reaction (FMR)
    Corrective exercises
    Strength training
    Kinesiotaping

    Your time is important. A Discovery Call must be scheduled before scheduling an initial evaluation to make sure we are a good fit.

    Mobile, in-person visits and telehealth visits are available.

    Limited appointment times are available to self-schedule on my PtEverywhere site. If you need an appointment outside of those times, please email or fill out my contact form.

  • Going en pointe is a rite of passage for many young dancers. However, there are significant musculoskeletal risks with starting this skill before your body is ready. I will use evidence based screens to assess pointe readiness and pending the findings, help your dancer and their teacher put together a plan of action to address areas of weakness to improve safety as they pursue further ballet training. This includes an in person testing session followed by a 15min follow up phone/video call with recommendations for moving forward.

  • Let me help your organization stay healthy with skilled physical therapy that comes to you.

    Options include:

    • Onsite Physical Therapy for dance studios, dance companies, theaters, yoga studios, Pilates studios, etc.

    • Workshops

    • Dancer health initiatives that include regular movement screens for pre/post season assessment

What is Concierge PT?

I believe that there is a better way to do physical therapy. Having worked in high level outpatient orthopedics, including with professional dance companies, I intimately know the demands that can be put on bodies and how the current system is failing patients.

With Pivot Point, I am working to empower people to take charge of their health and no longer let insurance companies dictate their progress. With concierge, cash-based physical therapy, our own creativity is the limit.
